*Job Summary* We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a love for flowers, with the ability to create stunning arrangements for various occasions. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that each floral design meets their expectations. A background in customer service and retail sales is highly desirable, as well as experience in e-commerce to assist with online orders. *Responsibilities* * Design and create floral arrangements for various events, including weddings, funerals, and corporate functions. * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their needs. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced cash register. * Manage e-commerce orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery of floral products. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop, including inventory management of flowers and supplies. * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on current trends. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients. * Experience in cash handling and retail sales, demonstrating accuracy and responsibility. * Familiarity with e-commerce platforms to manage online sales effectively. * Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. * Knowledge of gardening principles and flower care to ensure high-quality arrangements. * Ability to sell floral products creatively while providing personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
