*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the office while providing exceptional care to our patients. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and administrative support, making it essential for the candidate to be well-versed in dental procedures and office operations. *Responsibilities* - Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. - Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for dental procedures. - Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. - Maintain accurate patient records using Abeldent - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. - Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean working environment in compliance with health regulations. *Skills* - Proficiency in dental assisting techniques with hands-on experience in a clinical setting. - Experience or interest in orthodontics is a plus. - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and appointments. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
