We offer: * A supportive, collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth and learning. * Competitive compensation and benefits. *Position: Travel Consultant* *Location:* On-site at our office in West Saint Paul, Manitoba. *Employment Type:* Full-time *Salary:* $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. *What You Will Do* As a Travel Consultant, you will: * Utilize your travel expertise to assist clients with domestic and international bookings, including air, train, cruise, tours, travel insurance, hotels, and car rentals. * Offer recommendations to enhance travel experiences, save money, and meet individual needs. * Sell travel packages and promote Heart of Travel?s exclusive products and services. * Research client requests, provide quotes, and manage travel bookings. * Process payments, refunds, and travel documentation efficiently. * Maintain accurate travel records using GDS systems like Apollo and other software tools. * Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and a positive attitude. * Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care. *What You Bring* * A post-secondary diploma in Travel Counselling or related field (preferred) * Certification or experience with a Global Distribution System (GDS) * A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role. * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Enthusiasm for travel and a client-first mindset. *Our Commitment* Heart of Travel is an equal opportunity employer.
