Conduct and document diagnostic procedures with precision and care. ? Interact with patients, provide instructions, and ensure proper specimen collection and integrity. ? Perform venipuncture and operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments. *Qualifications* ? Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution. ? Professional Memberships: Active membership with the CSMLS and CMLTO. ? Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Haematology, Urinalysis, Chemistry, and Phlebotomy. ?
