*Job description* *ARDROSSAN, AB HEALTHCARE AIDE- EVENING SHIFTS 3 EVENINGS a WEEK and AVAILABLE WEEKENDS* *\*\*\*\*\*\*MUST BE ABLE DRIVE TO ACREAGE\*\*\*\*\*\** Duties: - Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities - Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected and upheld - Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines - Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Implement and follow established systems and protocols for documentation and reporting - Drive residents to appointments or outings as needed - Provide social work support and guidance to residents Skills: - First aid and CPR certification - Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals with disabilities - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities - Experience in childcare or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
