*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background with laser machines. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality laser treatments while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and promoting our services effectively. *Duties* * Perform laser hair removal and other laser treatments according to established protocols. * Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained in accordance with safety standards. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally. * Educate clients on pre-treatment and post-treatment care to optimize results. * Maintain accurate records of treatments performed and client interactions. * Assist with retail sales of skincare products and services, promoting additional offerings to clients. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and positive client experiences. *Experience* * Previous experience as a Laser Technician or in a related field is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Familiarity with retail sales practices, including product recommendations and upselling techniques. * Must possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
