<p>Are you a dynamic, independent and proactive person and want to join our superb recruitment agency? We are currently looking for an independent recruiting agent for a part-time, remote position.</p><p>The recruiter is responsible for the complete recruitment cycle: Coordinate and implement the external recruitment process and the selection of personnel in various sectors.</p><p><strong>Reporting to the Human Resources Coordinator, our future colleague will be called upon to:</strong></p><ul><li>Advertise and distribute postings on various platforms</li><li>Find talent</li><li>Pre-screen through telephone interviews</li><li>Coordinate pre-employment checks and exams</li><li>Carry out the welcome and integration of new employees</li><li>Search for potential candidates on various platforms</li><li>Approach and maintain a relationship with candidates on the platforms</li><li>Perform pre-employment checks and employment contracts</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Training: DEC, AEC, BAC, Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent training</li><li>Knowledge or experience in recruitment</li><li>Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer you</strong></p><ul><li>A 100% telework position</li><li>Flexible schedule, work according to your schedule from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.</li><li>Earn between 25K to 40K in commission, from the first year and more than 50K in commission in the second year</li><li>Possibility of having an additional base salary of a bonus, depending on performance</li><li>Team Activities</li><li>Coaching and Training</li></ul>- LocationMontréal, QC
