_Job Summary_
The successful candidate for this entry level position will be trained to handle the overflowing calls of a busy HVAC company! This full time position has seasonal peak times, so flexibility during those times is a must!

Responsibilities and Duties
This position will include, but not be limited to the following:
* Assist in organizing the paperwork for the job (creating the job packet, electronic contracts, etc.)
* Respond to email correspondence
* Communicate with field team members ( Home Comfort Reps)
* Enter data completely and properly and file paperwork
* Support fellow staff members
* Maintain files in database
* Building customer relationships while assisting customers professionally and accurately.
* Complete various tasks such and submitting warranties, pulling permits, scheduling customers
* Answer incoming calls from customers related to service, billing, and other departments
* Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments.
* Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively
* Help all representatives understand our brand, policies and procedures
* Help with projects and focus groups as needed
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
* Advanced customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask
* Organized
* Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
* Knowledge of industry
* Computer skills including:
* Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
* Communication skills
* Pleasant telephone voice/manner.
* Operate simple office equipment sufficiently to perform the job.
* Develop knowledge of product lines, prices, various marketing promotional services

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
