DescriptionGrade 12 or equivalent Possession of a Power Engineering 5th Class Certificate or higher Minimum three (3) years experience as Building Operator with emphasis on operation and maintenance of heating plants and HVAC systems Skills required for success: Capable of learning computer based systems used in the working environment Considerable knowledge of the methods, materials and equipment used in large heating boiler operations and in other HVAC systems Familiar with building automation and the ability to learn computer based systems at an operation level supported by controls trades persons Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills to interact with a variety of individuals including co-workers, clients, and building managers Capable of working independently and in a team environment with minimal direction Capable- LocationEdmonton, AB
