Notre équipe, experte en Supply Chain et Logistique, parle votre langage et évolue dans votre univers.</p><p>I'm assisting one of our clients in the distribution sector, in their search for a order entry agent <br> <br>Main responsibilities: <br> <br>- Record and enter customer orders on various platforms and internal management systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). <br>- Monitor the status of orders, checking their status and ensuring that information is correctly transmitted to the relevant teams (logistics, sales). <br>- Enter and update order-related information in management systems, while ensuring the quality of data entered. <br>- Identify and report errors or anomalies in orders, invoices or deliveries, and coordinate with other departments to resolve them. <br>- Record and process order returns or exchange requests, following internal procedures. <br>- Collaborate with logistics, sales and support teams to ensure smooth and rapid order processing. <br>- Check availability of products in stock when entering orders, and inform customers in the event of stock shortages or extended delivery times.</p><p>Qualifications: <br>- Expertise in flooring products and installation procedures, industry certifications a plus; <br>- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical product support or customer service lead role; <br>- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; <br>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; <br>- Demonstrated leadership skills; <br>- Organized, detailed, versatile, responsible and reliable; <br>- Professional, ethical, and ability to work independently and as part of a team; <br>- Problem solver and ability to handle multiples files at a time.</p>
