*About Wallace Bay Marina at Clevelands House* Located on Lake Rosseau, at the Clevelands House Resort, the marina is equipped with an LCBO convenience outlet, a retail shop, propane exchange service and gas pump on the docks, the Wallace Bay marina is an essential part of the community of Minett. If you have a passion for the cottage and lake lifestyle and leading a team of like minded individuals we look forward to meeting with you and discussing this opportunity to join our team. *Core Responsibilities* * Seasonal opening and closing of the marina * Oversee the fueling of boats * Excellent customer service and attention to all customers * Overseeing islander parking (vehicles and boats) requirements * Management of the retail store (LCBO convenience outlet, merchandise, etc.) * Handling of cash and electronic payments * Daily reconciliation of cash register * Recruit, train, develop, schedule and supervise staff * Ensure adherence to all safety standards and best practices * Maintain a clean and compliant working environment *Qualifications and Experience* * Strong leadership skills * Reliable team player with effective communication skills * Pleasure Craft Operators card an asset * Must have competent boat operating skills * Knowledge of Lake Rosseau is an asset *Compensation* · $30 / hour · Season-end completion bonus · Living accommodations available *Employment* * · April 15 ? October 31 * · Wednesday ?
