Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work setting: Urban area. Tasks: Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Instruct apprentices. Repair glass doors and other glass structures. Read and interpret blueprints/sketches/specifications. Position and secure panes in frame. Measure, mark and cut glass. Determine type of glass, frames and material required. Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors or glass products. Prepare cost estimates. Installation specialization: Skylights and slope glazed installations. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.- LocationVictoria, BC
