*Role Overview:*
The HR Manager will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with Enersolv?s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, manage day-to-day HR operations, and support organizational growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *HR Strategy and Leadership:* Develop and execute HR strategies that support the company?s mission, vision, and values. Partner with senior leadership to align HR goals with business objectives.
* *Talent Acquisition and Retention:* Oversee the recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Implement employee retention programs and succession planning strategies.
* *Employee Relations:* Act as a trusted advisor to management and staff on employee relations matters. Promote a culture of open communication and engagement.
* *Policy Development and Compliance:* Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local, provincial, and federal regulations. Provide guidance on employment law.
* *SkillsTradeBC:* Industry training association management ? manage SkillsTradeBC Enersolv portal for field employees full onboarding/offboarding process. Hour?s consolidation and coordinating sign off for Red Seal certification.
* *Performance Management:* Lead the performance review process, set clear goals, and provide training for managers and employees to drive professional growth.
* *Learning and Development:* Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and career development.
* *HR Systems and Reporting:* Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records. Generate regular reports and metrics to inform leadership decisions.
* *Compensation and Benefits:* Develop and evaluate incentive programs. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure competitiveness in the market.
* *HRIS Implementation and Management:* Be a part of the implementation process for the new HRIS, Rippling.
* *Intranet Implementation and Management:* Manage the intranet implementation and ensure its successful operation in 2025.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus).
* 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment standards.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office ? Word, Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint
* Experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization, preferably in the construction or energy sectors.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency with HR software and systems.
