You&rsquo;ll design and develop our policy framework, and research and apply related best practices.&nbsp;What&nbsp;you&rsquo;ll&nbsp;do:&nbsp;Develop and interpret information and data management policies&nbsp;and standards for value streams, product teams and process owners&nbsp;&nbsp;Implement governance and operating models&nbsp;Prioritize and assign incoming work requests&nbsp;Coach and mentor team members and data stewards, and manage staff change processesPartner with information stewards to aggregate insights and prepare recommendations&nbsp;Design, build and maintain information and data management repositories&nbsp;&nbsp;Develop and recommend key performance indicators related to information assets&nbsp;Provide change impact analysis for complex systems&nbsp;What&nbsp;we&rsquo;re&nbsp;looking for:&nbsp;Confident verbal communicator with strong facilitation skills&nbsp;Relationship-builder with exceptional interpersonal skills&nbsp;Proven team leader passionate about helping others succeed&nbsp;Skilled negotiator with sound business judgment in all situations&nbsp;Analytical and conceptual thinker comfortable with multiple projects and priorities&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong attention to detail&nbsp;Team player who can lead in an agile, fast-changing environment&nbsp;&nbsp;What&nbsp;you&rsquo;ll&nbsp;need:&nbsp;A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in information management, business administration or information technology and at least&nbsp;five years&nbsp;of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Knowledge of methodologies, industry standards, trends and best practices&nbsp;Advanced understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements&nbsp;Proficiency with data management tools&nbsp;&nbsp;
