As a result of continued growth, our company has excellent opportunities for the position of Project Coordinator who are looking for a stable career with unlimited growth potential. The successful candidate will be an individual who is reliable, responsible and works well in a team environment and on their own.
*Duties in this position include, but not limited to:*
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Ensure projects are on-time, within scope and within budget
- Work with the Project Manager to develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and clients during project execution.
- Manage changes in project scope, and schedule.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate projects from drawings through to installation and report to the Project Manager.
*Qualifications:*
- Industry experience (2-3 years) - Glass, Doors, Entrances, Curtain wall is a must.
- Solid understanding of blueprints and use of PDF viewers for marking up drawings for stakeholders
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD experience & knowledge not mandatory but would be an asset.
- Ability to travel for work required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
