As a trusted partner to industries across Canada, we deliver customized solutions to meet the unique challenges of every project. *Overview* We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical pumps in an industrial setting, ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently. *Responsibilities* * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand electrical layouts. * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including low voltage systems and logic controllers. * Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime. * Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks related to electrical installations and renovations. * Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure comprehensive project completion. * Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. *Experience and Skills* * Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to electrical systems. * Experience as an industrial electrician with a solid understanding of electrical principles. * Knowledge of low voltage systems and logic controllers is highly desirable. * Strong aptitude for using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. * Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues with a logical approach. * Experience in renovation projects or building new electrical installations is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Completion of an approved apprenticeship program or trade certification (e.g., Red Seal Certification in Canada, Electrician ? Construction and Maintenance (309A) Apprenticeship. * 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
