<p><p> <p><p> <p><p> Elementary LTO - Daily Assigned Substitute (DAS)<p> <p> The Simcoe County District School Board is seeking applications for the<p>Daily Assigned Substitute (DAS) Long Term Occasional Teacher (LTO) at a number<p>of school locations within Simcoe County. <p>The DAS LTO aims to reduce the number<p>of unfilled teaching assignments at specific school locations. <p>Once data has been reviewed to determine which schools are having high number of unfilled teaching assignments, a DAS will be allocated. Started date January 2025.<p>As more locations are determined, DAS positions will be activated. <p> As a DAS LTO you will be compensated at the Long-Term Occasional<p>teacher rate of pay and will report to your assigned school on a daily basis<p>where you will be advised of your teaching assignment for the day. <p><p>Please indicate in the mandatory questions below, which area(s) you would be interested in working in.<p><p><p><p><p>NOTE: when you apply to this posting, you will be asked two questions:<p><p> Whether you self-identify with one of the four equity-deserving groups designated under the federal Employment Equity Act.
