Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Organic farming. Hot. Outdoors. Horticultural field crop. Tree and orchard fruit. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Direct farm grooming activities . Greenhouse cleaning. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Oversee the process of hoeing crops. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Maintain financial and production records. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Perform and document routine maintenance. Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems.
