*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing small delivery routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to improving logistics efficiency. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement logistics/route plans that align with organizational goals and customer requirements. * Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations. * Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment schedules. * Resolve any issues related to delivery delays, inventory discrepancies, or other logistical challenges. * Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. *Experience* * Previous experience in logistics/route planning or supply chain management is highly desirable. * Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. * Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various stakeholders. * Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices is beneficial.
