And we live it too.</span></p><strong>SISIP FINANCIAL</strong><p><span>A full suite of financial solutions, tailored to the realities of our Canadian Armed Forces Members and their families, is offered through the SISIP Financial division within CFMWS. In addition to conventional insurance, investment and financial advice products and services, we pride ourselves in delivering preventative financial education and, where required, counselling, to support our members? financial wellbeing. At SISIP, we keep our members at the center of everything we do. Our ultimate target is the right solution at the right time for our members, and our commission-free environment reinforces this. As a social enterprise, the profits we make help fund programs within the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) community to benefit members and their families.</span></p> <p><span>SISIP Financial services are available to Canadian Armed Forces Members both virtually and in-person. We have 23 offices located in CAF communities across Canada. Our national office is located in Ottawa.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>The Financial Services Assistant (FSA) is the on location ambassador of our branch office and is responsible for greeting clients and ensuring that the branch meets the standards of our client experience expectations. The FSA will also provide support to advisors in the branch or remotely across the country as assigned by their manager. This includes, but is not limited to, proactively calling clients for appointments or providing a wide range of administrative support to prepare for appointments, follow-up on managing data for client files with sensitivity and confidentiality. </span><br> <br><span> As an FSA you will liaise with clients, advisors and fund companies to facilitate trade requests. You will also collaborate with a national team, internal and external partners and to enhance and make a difference in the lives of our clients who are members of the Canadian Armed Forces.</span></p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong><p><span><strong><span>Education, Certifications and Licenses</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span>High school diploma AND several years of experience in Financial Services Administration</span></p> <p><span>Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFC), an asset</span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Experience</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span>In providing administrative services in a financial planning, counselling and/or insurance environment</span></p> <p><span>In office administration</span></p> <p><span>In maintaining filing systems</span></p> <p><span>In proofreading</span></p> <p><span>In data entry, data manipulation, record-keeping and retrieval techniques</span></p> <p><span>In drafting correspondence and reports</span></p> <p><span><strong><span>Competencies</span></strong><span> </span></span></p> <p><span><span>Client </span><span>focus, </span><span>organizational </span><span>knowledge, </span><span>communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.</span><span> </span></span></p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><p><span>Greet visitors, establish nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person.</span></p> <p><span>Contact clients to arrange appointments, reviews or advise of deficiencies in completed forms, including fielding of basic queries regarding financial services.</span></p> <p><span>Collaborate with the national team to provide pro
