*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fabricating high-quality garments and possess a keen eye for detail. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where creativity and precision are paramount. As a Seamstress, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that all items meet our high standards of quality. *Responsibilities* * Fabricate garments and other textile products according to specifications. * Operate sewing machines and other equipment to create high-quality finished products. * Inspect finished items for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. * Collaborate with design teams to understand project requirements and timelines. * Maintain an organized workspace, including managing fabric inventory and supplies. * Perform repairs and alterations on existing garments as needed. * Adhere to safety protocols while working in the warehouse environment. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role within the textile industry. * Proficient in operating various sewing machines and tools. * Strong understanding of different fabrics and their properties. * Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. * Good organizational skills, especially in managing materials within a warehouse setting. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
