Awarded by Thai trade & Thai Embassy and is one of the best dining atmosphere in York Region. We are currently hiring the Restaurant Manager. This job is open for all Canadians with the required experience including underrepresented groups: Newcomers, first nations and Youth are targeted. *Duties:* Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, including creation of new menu items with authentic and modern recipes, house secret sauce and modify food preparation methods, menu prices according to the restaurant budget. Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Recruit, hire and train staff. Cost products and services, Organize and maintain inventory. *Requirements:* Min. 2 years of management experience and is able to supervise staff. Having knowledge and experience of authentic Thai cuisine preparation. Knowlege of Thai language is an asset. $30 per hour, 36 hours per week. Full Time only.
