As a *Lift Operator*, you'll play a critical role in providing safe and efficient lift operations, contributing directly to our members' enjoyment. If you enjoy working outdoors and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is the perfect role for you! *How You?ll Contribute to the Team:* * *Liaise* with Lift Operators and Mechanics to ensure safe, efficient lift operations. * *Apply* best practices to optimize lift performance and reduce wait times. * *Provide* exceptional service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. *Key Responsibilities:* * Operate lifts safely, ensuring all protocols are followed and no unsafe conditions exist. * Safely load and unload guests in a high-paced environment. * Shovel and maintain lift lines, loading, and unloading areas for easy access. * Utilize effective radio communication for smooth lift operations and quick responses. * Follow safety protocols procedures. * Deliver an outstanding experience by answering questions and providing helpful information about the club. *Qualifications:* * Able to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for weekends, shifts, holidays, and overtime. * Strong communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach. * Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. * Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
