*Fremont Eye Centre, Doctors of Optometry strives to provide our community with premium eye care through professional and exceptional customer service.* *Are you...* *- someone who loves to help people?* *- someone who is always up for a challenge?* *- someone who is flexible and multi-tasks well?* *- someone who is a great communicator?* *- someone who works well independently as well as in a team?* *- someone who is comfortable with technology?* *- someone who is always looking for efficient ways to do things?* *Then we would love for you to apply to join our team!* *Duties:* *- Answer phone calls, book appointments, make referrals to specialists* *- After sale services (ex. glasses adjustments, warranty, etc)* *- Check in and check out of patients* *- Perform pretest , OCT and visual field procedures* *- Enter data using electronic medical record software* *- Receives and posts payments from patients* *- Transmits claims and posts payments from insurance plans* *- Assist customers with eyewear and lens selections* *- Take necessary measurements and order lens jobs* *- Maintain a tidy eyewear gallery* *Compensation depends on experience. Optometry/optical experience is not required, but a great attitude is a must!* Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Extended health care * On-site parking * Store discount * Vision care Work Location: In person- LocationPort Coquitlam, BC
