Train meat cutters. Slice cooked meats. Prepare special orders. Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood. Equipment and machinery experience: Manual cutting utensil. Power grinder. Slicing machine. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Standing for extended periods. Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Hand-eye co-ordination.
