Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Dusty. Hot. Noisy. Outdoors. Tree and orchard fruit. Work setting: Rural area. Willing to relocate. Tasks: Manage overall operation of farm. Purchase machinery, livestock, seed, feed and other supplies. Maintain financial and production records. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Supervision: More than 20 people. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Type of crops: Apples. Equipment and machinery experience: Automated irrigation system. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Fast-paced environment.
