As a Pet Groomer, you will provide exceptional grooming services to a variety of pets, ensuring they leave looking fabulous and feeling their best. Key Responsibilities: Perform full grooming services, including haircuts, baths, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing for dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. Assess the condition of each pet?s coat and skin, offering professional grooming advice to owners. Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets throughout the grooming process. Handle pets with care, using positive reinforcement techniques to ensure a stress-free grooming experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools, equipment, and workstations. Stay up-to-date on grooming trends, techniques, and safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service, including educating pet owners on grooming needs and offering product recommendations. Ensure pets are returned to their owners looking and feeling their best. Qualifications: Previous professional grooming experience is required. Strong understanding of various breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques. Ability to handle pets of all temperaments, including those with anxiety or behavioral issues. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently. Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality grooming. Ability to lift and handle pets of various sizes.
