<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Mechanical Project Manager</strong> for our client who specializes in Plumbing, Hydronics, HVAC, Refrigeration & Sheet metal ICI Construction.</p><p><strong>Previous ICI Mechanical experience is mandatory.</strong></p><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Project Manager responsibilities include working closely with our Sr. Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like <strong>schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and supplier schedules. </strong>To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.</p><p>Ultimately, the Project Manager's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Manage duties on multiple projects at once.</li><li>Maintain and submit project documentation and correspondence, not limited to shop drawings, purchase orders, construction drawings.</li><li>Prepare workflow by gathering information and setting timelines.</li><li>Identify and resolve project discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare project cost/efficiency reports.</li><li>Maintains professionalism and interact with customers.</li><li>Site visits as needed to ensure project success. Generally all projects are within 20-30 mins of the office.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>5+ years Mechanical ICI project coordinating or management experience</strong></li><li>Ability to read mechanical plans and guide specs</li><li>Understanding of mechanical equipment systems</li><li>Strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new software programs</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type</strong>: Full-time in office</p><p><strong>Pay</strong>: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year</p><p><strong>Additional pay</strong>:</p><ul><li>Bonus pay (yearly) based on performance</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p><ul><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>RRSP match</li><li>Vision care</li></ul></div></div>- LocationConcord, ON
