We offer competitive wages, a friendly and professional company culture, and all the tools and equipment to make your job easier. *Key Success Behaviours & Skills:* * Aligned with Niagara Outdoor's Core Values of *Family, Integrity, Respect & Excellence* * Strong work ethic and willingness to learn * Attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship * Positive attitude, approachable, and patient * Ability to constructively adapt to unexpected challenges or changes * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools * Ability to take direction and work well in a team setting * Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist lead carpenters in building and installing high-end outdoor structures * Handle materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently * Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials under supervision * Perform sanding, staining, and finishing tasks to achieve a premium look * Maintain a clean and organized job site * Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times * Load and unload materials as needed * Support other team members in completing projects on time and to the highest standards *Requirements:* * Secondary School Diploma * Post-secondary education in the landscape field is an asset * Additional training and courses relevant to the carpentry industry are an asset * 2 years or more experience in the landscape industry is an asset * Valid *G License* and reliable transportation _This is not part of a formal apprenticeship program but an entry-level position designed to provide hands-on training and skill development alongside experienced carpenters._ *Wage:* $18-20 per hour based on experience (to be discussed at the first interview).
