<p>Founded in 2001, Fed Finance is a recruitment agency that is specialized in accounting and finance positions. <br>Our consultants are finance experts and speak your language. <br>We select the best candidates for temporary and permanent positions. <br>We are committed to working with you throughout your job search and beyond!</p><p>--</p><p>Main responsibilities: <br>-Process payroll for approximately 100 employees in Quebec and Ontario (schedules and salaried employees). <br>- Verify the accuracy of hours worked, vacations, bonuses, salary adjustments and allowances. <br>- Manage vacation, sick and personal leave schedules. <br>- Prepare and distribute tax documents (T4, Relevé 1, etc.). <br>- Manage the production of Records of Employment in the event of departure or temporary termination. <br>- Open, close and update employee files. <br>- Collaborate with the Human Resources department for the integration of new employees and for terminations. <br>- Coordinate external training needs and compile annual expenditures (1% law); <br>- Manage files related to work-related accidents and illnesses. <br>- Respond to employee requests concerning HR policies, payroll and benefits.</p><p>Profile required: <br>- Degree in accounting or related field. <br>- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in payroll management. <br>- Experience in payroll management in Ontario (an asset). <br>- National Payroll Institute (NPI) certification (an asset). <br>- Proficiency in ADP payroll software (an asset). <br>- Good knowledge of Canadian labour laws, tax regulations and employment standards. <br>- Proficiency in office software, particularly Outlook and Excel. <br>- Thoroughness, attention to detail and attention to detail. <br>- Ability to manage several files simultaneously and meet deadlines. <br>- Sense of confidentiality and professional ethics. <br>-Team spirit. <br>- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. <br>- Bilingualism in French and English: for communication with employees in Ontario;</p>
