The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base within the commercial cleaning and janitorial services industry. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Prospect and Generate Leads:* Actively prospect new clients by identifying potential leads within the assigned territory, utilizing cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies. * *Sales Presentations:* Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients to promote our cleaning and janitorial services. * *Client Relationship Management:* Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * *Negotiate and Close Sales:* Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including negotiating terms and prices that are beneficial to both the client and the company. * *Market Analysis:* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities to identify areas for growth. * *Sales Reporting:* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
