HCL Logistics is hiring for an Office Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Coordinator the candidate will be responsible for all information and data processing for inventory control, cycle counting, packaging, kitting, shipping, and receiving. Our ideal candidate is detail oriented, works well under pressure, and is a positive team player.
*Responsibilities:*
* Enter coded information into various locations of the computer systems, verifying the accuracy and completeness of all data and maintaining libraries of stored electronic media and paper files.
* Import and export date between various kinds of computer software in a variety of locations in accordance with HCL's BMS process maps, procedures, and work instructions.
* Maintain and exhibit a demonstrated competence with various types of office and computer equipment.
* Ensure productivity and quality performance metrics are reached in an effective, efficient, and safe manner.
* Complete daily and weekly reporting of operational/quality requirements as required.
* Keep your personal work area clean, tidy and organized.
*Objectives:*
* Follow all company Policies, Rules, and Communication Notices.
* Abide by the Defense Production Act and the HCL Security Plan.
* Work safely following all policies, rules, and guidelines.
* Follow the directions provided in the work instructions and on process maps.
*Expected Standard:*
* Maintain a record of good attendance and punctuality.
* Notify your supervisor immediately on any changes to personal circumstances which may have an impact on your ability to operate equipment, drive company vehicles and/or work in a controlled goods environment.
* Achieve 100% accuracy in all assigned receiving, inventory, order/kit picking, auditing, and shipping duties.
* Do not deviate from work instructions and process maps when performing a task.
* Report any safety complaints or concerns to a supervisor immediately and never perform an unsafe act.
* Maintain a cheerful and professional manner in all correspondence and communications.
* Work in manner that supports and enhances teamwork and collaboration.
*Employee Development:*
* Successfully complete all company directed Orientation, Safety, Business Management System and Regulatory training requirements and certification programs.
* Achieve competency in meeting the position-specific training plan and the associated requirements as directed through the HCL Training plan.
* Employees are also encouraged to participate in other company recommended courses and outside training.
* Programs for ongoing organizational and personal development.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.51 per hour
