Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques. Organize and maintain inventory. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Organized. Reliability.
