Job description We're looking for applicants to start *immediately!* \*\*\*As a *Maintenance Technician *for Merrit Building Solutions you will mainly be working on in-suite HVAC maintenance\*\*\* * You will mainly be servicing fan coils, heat pumps, and exhaust system in high-rise, multi-residential buildings. * *Prior Experience* in maintenance preferred but not considered a requirement. Training will be provided. * Strong work ethic and have willingness to learn. * Job sites located throughout GTA; you will arrange your own transportation directly to your assigned location & partial reimbursement for mileage/transit costs will be paid out every payday. * Bi-weekly Direct Deposit*. Benefits* offered after 3 months. * *Future Opportunity *to train with *Service Technicians *and potentially advance into a Service role. All PPE provided, Must have proof of vaccination Work remotely * No Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.50 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
