Client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong background in IT/IM, business process analysis, and enterprise-level project delivery, specifically in government-related Property Assessment Information Systems and Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) projects. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Core Skills & Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering & Documentation - Strong experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business/system requirements. Business Process Analysis - Ability to create visual diagrams illustrating business workflows. Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) - Experience in developing and managing RTM. Product Backlog & User Stories - Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and writing user stories. Technical Solution Analysis - Strong analytical- LocationFredericton, NB
