Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Evaluate daily operations . Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages. Plan and organize daily operations. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Direct quality control inspections. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Design tools, moulds, jigs and fixtures. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM). Type of fabric preparation machines: Embroidery. Type of industry experience: Textile.
