We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for our residents. *Responsibilities:* * Cleaning and sanitizing common areas: You will be responsible for cleaning and disinfecting common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, staircases, and laundry rooms. This includes dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness standards. * Restroom maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of public restrooms is a crucial aspect of this role. You will be responsible for cleaning and restocking supplies as needed. * Reporting maintenance issues: Identifying and reporting any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate authorities promptly. This includes issues with lighting, plumbing, or any other facility-related concerns. * Adhering to safety protocols: Maintaining a safe environment for both residents and staff members is a top priority. You will need to follow safety guidelines and utilize appropriate cleaning agents and equipment. * Interacting with residents: Providing friendly and courteous service to residents is an essential part of this role. You may be required to address any immediate concerns or inquiries from residents during your shift. *Requirements:* * Attention to detail: Having a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot cleanliness issues is essential for maintaining high standards within the apartment complex. * Reliability and punctuality: As a Weekend Cleaner, your presence is crucial during the designated hours. Being reliable and punctual is necessary to ensure smooth operations. * Flexibility: Being available to work weekends and potentially fill in for statutory holidays shifts if needed is highly desirable.
