Job description: *Job description* To ensure that all elements of the Production Team operate in a safe, timely and efficient manner. * Following up and schedule according to customer releases * Assigning jobs to the hourly work force in a prompt organized fashion * Assuring jobs are set-up in a safe, efficient, running manner * Assure all employees are provided with the necessary tools to accomplish their portion of the job * Continuous monitoring of all facets of the manufacturing process with emphasis on improving quality, efficiency and safety * Assure that all manufacturing issues are identified, logged and corrected and updated in engineering prior to shipping finished materials *Qualifications* * Min 2 years Supervisory experience in a production environment * Must be able to read blueprints * Experience with automotive dunnage specifications an asset * Strong analytical and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care Ability to commute/relocate: * Oldcastle, ON N9G 0C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * plant management: 1 year (required) * production management: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking Ability to commute/relocate: * Essex, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Work Location: In person- Location Essex, ON
