If you are looking for an opportunity to grow and learn in financial services, join us at CTBC Bank to expand your experiences in financial services, customer relations, and banking. *Mortgage Manager * As an important member of Retail Banking Department, you will develop and execute the residential lending strategy, design or improve mortgage products, and create promotions to build a high-quality portfolio. You will work closely with the Credit Team to review retail lending policies, monitor non-performing or past-due facilities, and minimize loan delinquency rates. You will lead and direct the residential lending team, collaborate with Branch Managers, and expand customer channels like mortgage brokers, while acting as a key supervisory bridge between branch networks and credit compliance teams. *Job Description:* * To direct and lead the residential lending team and cooperate with Branch Managers to ensure high quality services are delivered to all clients and stakeholders. * To design new mortgage products or improve existing mortgage products; develop and execute mortgage promotion and advertisement and monitor the results of the above to ensure a good quality mortgage portfolio. * To review and amend the existing retail lending policy/guidelines to ascertain their compliance with the regulations set out by regulators & parent bank. Working jointly with the Credit Team to ensure expectations are met. * To train employees for expanded operations and product development. * To expand the customer base and channels, such as brokers, by developing new borrowing relationships. * To ensure all loan facilities are current and closely attend to non-performing and past due facilities in joint with the Credit Team. * To minimize loan delinquency rate in joint with the Credit Team. * To develop and execute the Residential Lending strategy and business plan. * Engage and be the subject experts in relevant meetings, reporting, audits, and events. * Other duties and projects as assigned. *Qualification:* * At least five years of experience in lending, credit reviews, and compliances in a Canadian Banking institution * Undergraduate degree in finance and accounting * Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of regression analysis * Familiar with spreading systems and methodologies, asset rating theory and classification risk mitigation * Full understanding of credit products hard and soft the C&I, CRE, as well as retail space * Previous supervisory or management experience * Collaboration & team skills *Recruitment Process and Privacy Notice:* We thank all applicants for their interest in joining CTBC Bank Corp.
