This role is pivotal in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a positive work environment. Your leadership will contribute significantly to our mission of promoting learning and imaginative play through bricks. *Responsibilities* * Assist the General Manager in daily operations and staff management. * Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction are maintained. * Support training development initiatives for staff to enhance performance. * Manage services and scheduling systems * Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment. * Help develop marketing strategies to attract new customers. *Requirements* * Proven experience in education/entertainment management or a similar role. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience in training development or staff mentoring is preferred. * Sales management experience is an asset; multilingual abilities are a plus.
