We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the property through its next phase of growth and success. *Key Responsibilities* * Oversee all hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development. * Ensure ongoing compliance with Marriott brand standards and operational excellence. * Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team culture. * Collaborate closely with Marriott, ownership, and the Regional Director of Operations to achieve strategic objectives. * Drive revenue growth through community engagement, sales initiatives, and exceptional guest experiences. * Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximize profitability. * Foster a positive workplace environment focused on accountability, service, and continuous improvement. *Qualifications (Essential ? Not Optional)* * Previous experience with Marriott, IHG, or another major hotel brand is required. * Minimum 3?10+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including prior General Manager or senior hotel management experience. * Proven track record of delivering strong operational and financial results. * Experience managing hotel renovations, repositioning projects, or major property improvements is highly desirable. * Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Legal authorization to work in Canada. *Compensation & Benefits* * *$80,000 ? $100,000 annual salary (depending on profile, qualifications, and experience)* * Health benefits * Marriott worldwide associate travel discounts * Professional development and career advancement opportunities * *Job Type:* Full-time, In person Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Vision care Work Location: In person- Location London, ON
