*Overview* We are seeking owner-operator drivers with their own vehicles: sedan, SUV, minivan, and cargo van. Pay rate varies depending on your vehicle. Start Date: ASAP. There are approximately 80 to 160 packages on each route. Pickup Location: Etobicoke and Oakville. Pickup time: 6-8 A.M. The route needs to be properly completed the same day. Delivery areas: Brampton, North York, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Scarborough, Ajax, Markham, Aurora, Bradford, East York, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Midtown, and surrounding areas. Toronto Downtown: 1.60 per delivered package for Sedan and SUV. Payout: Semi-Monthly(First pay takes time), Bank Transfer (No-Tax Deducted). Scanning & loading done by the courier. ROTATIONAL ROUTES!!! *Responsibilities* * Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport freight and goods to designated locations * Load and unload freight using forklifts or other heavy equipment as needed * Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule * Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance or repairs when necessary * Maintain proper documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs and receipts * Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws during transportation * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate delivery schedules * Assist with loading/unloading cargo that may require automotive repair skills or heavy equipment operation *Experience* * Proven experience in commercial driving, freight handling, or related logistics roles * Familiarity with forklift operation, heavy equipment operation, or automotive repair is preferred * Valid driver?s license appropriate for commercial vehicle operation * Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and delivery processes * Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and customers This role is essential for maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our supply chain, requiring a dedicated individual committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
