There is an opportunity for a Clinical Dietitian position at Rosewood Manor: 6260 Blundell Road Richmond BC V7C5C4 *Temporary and/or Permanent Part-time Dietitian Position in Richmond* The position *start date is January 3, 2024 *(flexible start and end time). *Schedule and Hours:*The contract is for 18.5 hours per week with a schedule that includes Wednesday to align with the care conferences. *Salary*: 50/hour *About the Position* The Clinical Dietitian provides nutrition support to elders living in Rosewood Manor. The Dietitian collaborates and consults with the Food Services Manager to ensure food services meet all legislative standards and resident satisfaction. Reports to the Director of Care, Executive Director and Clinical Leads. The primary responsibilities are to perform nutrition and dysphagia assessment, develop and review nutrition care plans, prepare and report at care conference, communicate nutrition care plan changes within interdisciplinary care team, participate MDS assessments and provide staff in-service education on nutrition-related topics (e.g. dysphagia, therapeutic diets). *About Rosewood Manor* Rosewood Manor is a vital not-for-profit community resource providing funded intermediate and complex care. Rosewood is governed by the Richmond Intermediate Care Society, a non-profit organization, operated by a volunteer Board and funded by the Ministry of Health. Rosewood provides residents with 24-hour nursing care and supervision, recreation programs, and support services to residents and to the community at large to ensure the highest quality of life while promoting individual dignity within a familiar and comfortable environment.
