*Position: Master of Social Work Therapist (Flexible Hours, Teens/Adults/or Couples)* *MUST HAVE A MASTER OF SOCIAL WORK DEGREE * Full Potential Therapy is a growing mental health practice that provides services for clients who are looking to improve their relationships, process past trauma, and master emotional regulation. We are looking for a passionate and skilled MSW therapist to join us in providing excellent services. The role offers flexibility and growth potential based on your needs. We ask for a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week, with the same hours each week to ensure consistency for clients. *Responsibilities:* * Provide 50-minute psychotherapy sessions to adolescents (16+), adults, and/or couples either online or in-person at our Leslieville location (Carlaw Avenue). * Commit to a minimum of 5 consistent hours per week for client bookings. * Document client session notes in the Jane practice management system. *Benefits:* * Build your clinical skills through consistent individual and group consultation from a variety of modalities including EMDR, IFS, Ego State Therapy, CBT, Clinical Hypnosis, and mindfulness. * Access to Jane Practice Management System, a privacy-compliant system for client scheduling, payments, and session notes. * Personalized advertising and client referrals to help build your practice. * A supportive, respectful, and inspiring work environment. * Mentorship on running a successful private psychotherapy practice. * Flexibility to schedule clients around your availability. * The option to work remotely, in-person, or both. *Qualifications:* * Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university. * Registered and in good standing with the OCSWSSW. * Minimum 2+ years of providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting (negotiable). * Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, IFS, Ego State Therapy, ACT, AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, or CBT considered a significant asset. Candidates with this training will be preferred. * Proof of professional liability insurance (can be purchased upon hiring). * Consistent access to a private space with reliable internet for remote sessions. * Flexibility to work around client scheduling. * Preference given to candidates who can hold sessions on evenings and weekends. * Interest in working at our physical location in Leslieville (Carlaw and Queen), online only, or hybrid. * Commitment to a 12-month term of practice. * Interest in content creation (reels, articles, etc.) is an asset. * Experience in providing online therapy and knowledge of the ethics around online sessions. * Shared values of innovation, trauma-informed practice, genuineness, empowerment, community, and anti-oppressive practice. * Comfort in building a client base over time.
