Join our team and be part of a dynamic and fast-growing company that values teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction! *Job Description* * Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc. * Diagnose the clients? specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services * Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc. * Supply travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material (guides, maps, event programs etc) * Collect deposits and balances * Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages * Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns * Maintain relationships with key persons * Reach the revenue and profit targets *Job Requirements* * Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin / Chinese is an advantage * Exemplary customer-oriented approach * Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively * Demonstrable ability to handle crises Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Paid time off Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationRichmond Hill, ON
