*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team for 3 days a week; Friday-Sunday. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of esthetic services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment. Your expertise in customer service and sales will contribute to enhancing the overall client experience. *Duties* * Perform various esthetic treatments including nails, facials, body waxing, and skin analysis. * Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their needs and preferences. * Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling services to enhance their experience. * Team player, contributing to the overall aesthetic of the spa, helping keep it organized and tidy. * Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience from arrival to departure. * Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible services. *Experience* * Previous experience as an Esthetician or in a similar role is preferred. * Strong skills in customer service, hospitality, and retail sales are essential. * Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable. * Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. * Training and experience in facials, manicure and pedicures, massage, micro needling, derma planing brow lamination lash lifts, waxing and spray tanning. * A valid esthetician license is required.
