<ul><li>You would love to work 42 hours in 4 days and a half schedule?</li><li>You have both interest in preventive and corrective maintenance?</li><li>You are not afraid to get your hands dirty to make a good job?</li></ul><p>Here is the perfect job for you!</p><p></p><p><strong>Here?s more precisely what you will do : </strong></p><p>Corrective maintenance (25%) :</p><ul><li>Troubleshoot issues on the machines in collaboration with the operator;</li><li>Evaluate the repair time;</li><li>Repair the different machines (Carding, Sewing and Sealing machines mainly);</li><li>Close work orders;</li><li>Suggest continuous improvement ideas to minimize machine?s down time.</li></ul><p>Preventive maintenance and projects (75%) :</p><ul><li>Clean daily our two carding machines;</li><li>Oil and put grease on different machines;</li><li>Validate the durability of pieces and prepare a maintenance, if needed;</li><li>Create security protective guards and participate in special projects.</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>Here is the detailed shift schedule : </strong></p><p>Night Shift : 3h45 PM to 1h30 AM from Monday to Thursday and 11h45 AM to 4h30 PM the Friday.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Why Work with us?</strong></p><ul><li>42 hours schedule in 4 days in a half;</li><li>We provide the tools, so no need to bring your own.</li><li>You will have access to a mechanic to train you on the job to be done;</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>To be efficient while working with us, here are the requirments :</strong></p><ul><li>Good physical condition, since the work is always standed up;</li><li>Have some experience in mechanic;</li><li>Have a diploma in industrial maintenance;</li><li>Have an availability in the schedule;<ul><li>Availability to work on the saturday at some time for major preventive maintenance.</li></ul></li></ul>- LocationMagog, QC
