Thanks to recent promotions and the growth of our business, we?re excited to expand our team and are looking for an experienced <strong>Payroll Administrator</strong> to join us!</span></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Payroll Management:</strong></li><ul><li>Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian employees using<span> </span><strong>ADP Workforce Now</strong>.</li><li>Verify and process timesheets, ensuring timely collection and resolution of discrepancies.</li><li>Address payroll inquiries and conduct audits for accuracy and compliance.</li></ul><li><strong>Benefits Administration:</strong></li><ul><li>Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to maintain competitive and compliant offerings.</li></ul><li><strong>Compliance and Reporting:</strong></li><ul><li>Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local labor regulations, including CNESST (Québec) and WSIB (Ontario).</li><li>Manage incident reporting and claims processing as per CNESST and WSIB requirements.</li><li>Generate reports and perform payroll and benefits analyses using<span> </span><strong>Excel</strong><span> </span>(e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).</li></ul><li><strong>HRIS and Data Management:</strong></li><ul><li>Update and maintain accurate employee records in<span> </span><strong>ADP Workforce Now</strong>.</li><li>Generate analytics and reports to support strategic HR decisions.</li></ul></ol><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>3-5 years</strong><span> </span>of experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management in Canada.</li><li>Proficiency in<span> </span><strong>ADP Workforce Now</strong><span> </span>and advanced knowledge of<span> </span><strong>Microsoft Excel</strong>.</li><li>Deep understanding of payroll regulations, time-off policies, and benefits programs in Canada.</li><li><strong>Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP)</strong><span> </span>certification or equivalent is required.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.<strong></strong></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong>:</p><ul><li>Hybrid work model with 2 days of remote work per week.</li><li>Health and dental insurance and other group benefit plans.</li><li>Dynamic and solution-oriented team environment.</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Payroll Management:</strong></li><ul><li>Execute end-to-end payroll processing for Canadian employees using<span> </span><strong>ADP Workforce Now</strong>.</li><li>Verify and process timesheets, ensuring timely collection and resolution of discrepancies.</li><li>Address payroll inquiries and conduct audits for accuracy and compliance.</li></ul><li><strong>Benefits Administration:</strong></li><ul><li>Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision insurance, and retirement plans.</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to maintain competitive and compliant offerings.</li></ul><li><strong>Compliance and Reporting:</strong></li><ul><li>Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local labor regulations, including CNESST (Québec) and WSIB (Ontario).</l
