Warehouse Supervisor Ecoline Windows is a leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality replacement windows, doors, and patio doors for the residential market. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations in our Dartmouth, NS warehouse. Responsibilities: * Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, picking, and packing activities within the warehouse, ensuring quality standards are met at every turn * Achieve inventory accuracy, coordinate orders, and track shipping times, ultimately overseeing the fulfillment of orders every day * Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping * Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics * Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations Requirements: * High school diploma or GED * Experience in shipping and receiving * Able to lift and handle up to 45 lbs., walk, sit, and crouch * Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets * Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities * Ability to work with all levels of company staff * Valid driver's license Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Schedule: * 4 hour shift * Monday to Friday Location: * Dartmouth, NS (B3B) (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationDartmouth, NS
