Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Dry pea and bean farming. Fruit and vegetable combination farming. Organic farming. Other vegetables and melon farming (except potato). Dusty. Noisy. Wet/damp. Potato and vegetable. Work setting: Rural area. Tasks: Apply the technique of hoeing between the row. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Mixing fertilizer. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops. Weeding. Fertilize and spray crops. Harvest crops. Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting. Maintain work records and logs. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Pesticide Applicator's Licence. Forklift Operator Certification. Type of crops: Asparagus. Raspberries. Soybeans. Strawberries. Zucchinis. Equipment and machinery experience: Fertilizer applicator. Harvesters. Sprayer or duster. Tractor.
